This project is the materialization of a vision: that of a space where architecture and landscape move forward hand in hand. The site planning, landscape design, and interior spaces were developed simultaneously, with no hierarchy or dominance between them. Here, the territorial narrative follows a primarily sensitive rule: clear rhythms set against a natural backdrop; pure volumes under harsh light; strong masses and contrasts; the revelation of sanded lime plaster; the protection offered by shade. The ambition is to give the CRI a sense of permanence—like a reminiscence of the places that surround it—while anchoring it firmly in modernity, endowing it with all the attributes of contemporary architecture and granting it a soul, a powerful identity that sets it apart. Our architectural and urban concept adopts an integrated and restrained approach, articulated as a hierarchical monolith that reveals the beauty of the region’s distinctive landscape while preserving the existing palm grove.
