Originally from Ouarzazate, Ayoub develops an architectural approach deeply rooted in southern territories and vernacular knowledge. Fascinated by earthen architecture, he explores its constructive, climatic, and cultural qualities, as well as its ability to carry memory and ways of inhabiting space.

Profoundly affected by the major risks associated with seismic activity, he questions the role of architecture in contexts of vulnerability. This awareness of risk informs a committed reflection on resilience, the transmission of local building techniques, and the adaptation of earthen architecture to contemporary challenges.

From conception to implementation, Ayoub pays particular attention to the relationship between structure, material, and context, considering architecture as a responsible act—at once technical, social, and deeply human.
